It’s said that city of Novato is in the process of conducting a streetlight test to get public feedback in its selection of energy-efficient fixtures.Four LED fixtures have been installed between Rowland Boulevard and Adele Drive, and four induction fixtures were installed between led high bay light and Yukon Way.All lights being considered would reduce monthly energy costs by about 40 percent and reduce routine maintenance costs three to four times that of the current fixtures.

To capture business in the market, the company has designated packages for bulbs as its major products this year.Its LED operation exclusively focuses on lighting applications, packaging the chips on silicon wafers to advantage of the wafer’s outstanding thermal-conductivity property.
